To begin with, check if the Internet connection from your modem is stable.
Disconnect the cables connected to your modem, including the power adapter.
Connect your modem to your router’s Internet port using a standard Ethernet cable.
Next, turn on your modem after connecting its power adapter to an electrical outlet.
Connect your router to another electrical outlet using the supplied power adapter.
Turn on your router and wait until all the LEDs start blinking.
Once the router is ready, connect your computer to it via the provided Ethernet cable. This cable should be connected to your router’s LAN port.

On your computer, set the TCP/IP protocol to obtain the IP address automatically.
Launch the default browser and go to the official TP-Link Wi-Fi setup page.
Click the Let’s Get Started button to log in.
Select Quick Setup from the top of the page.
Follow the on-screen prompts to set up your router to the Internet.
If you wish to set up the Internet connection manually, log in with your TP-Link ID. If you do not have one, create a new email ID and password.
Once you have successfully logged in to the TP-Link setup page, click the Basic tab and select Internet.
Choose your Internet connection type from the pull-down menu and configure the necessary settings.
If your Internet connection type is Dynamic IP, select the Clone Current Computer MAC Address option.
For Static IP, enter the following information provided by your ISP.
In case your Internet connection type is PPPoE, enter the username and password provided by your ISP.
For L2TP, choose the Secondary Connection provided by your ISP after entering the username and password.
