Tenda FH456 is a high-power Wi-Fi router and provides a Wi-Fi speed of up to 300 Mbps. It is a single band router that supports the 2.5 GHz band alone. Consider the steps that are given below to set up the Tenda FH456 router setup.
Physical connection
Make sure to unpack the router and place it on an elevated surface.
First, turn on the router.
Now, connect the modem and router using an Ethernet cable. For this, plug in an Ethernet cable to the WAN port of the router and connect the other end to your modem.
If you don’t have a modem, connect the network cable fromyour ISP to the router.
Connect another network cable to the LAN port of the router and fix the other end to your desktop or laptop.
Now, after completing the hardware setup, you can proceed to set up the Tenda FH456 router.
Configuring your computer
Right-click on the network icon on your Windows computer.
Select the Open Network and Sharing Center option from the displayed list.
Go to the Change adapter settings tab on the left panel.

Now, select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TC4/IPv4) in the Networking section and click
Go to the General tab and select the Obtain an IP Address Automatically

Setting up your Tenda FH456 router
You can now set up the Tenda FH456 router from the web-based setup page of the router.
Launch your browser to go to the setup page. Type the IP address of the router in the address bar.
