Spectrum Router Not Working

• Establish a wired connection between the Spectrum router and the computer using the Ethernet cable.
• Check whether the LAN LED starts to blink. If not, you need to replace the Ethernet cable.
• Use Spectrum Internet Speed Test to determine the internet speed of your Spectrum router.
• Place your Spectrum router closer to the computer.

• Check whether you are having the recent version of your browser. If not, update it.
• After restarting the PC, reset your Spectrum router.
• Log into the Spectrum account using the username and password.
• Select the Services option on the Account Summary page.
• Navigate to Services & Equipment and then click Internet.
• Select the name of your router and then click Experiencing Issues? -> Reset Equipment.

• Remove the power cord from the wireless device and the power outlet.
• After 30 seconds, reconnect the power cord to the wireless device and the power outlet.
• If you are not able to resolve the Spectrum router not working due to the internet issue, restart your PC.

Netgear router not working with spectrum  

• First, power off the wireless function and make use of an Ethernet cable to connect the computer to the router.
• Next, restart the computer and then check for the internet connection.
• Then, restart the router and the modem that you are using.
• Ensure that the access point is correctly configured.
• Also, ensure that the wireless extender is correctly configured.

• Turn the router to its backside and find the Reset button. 
First, try to reset the spectrum receiver.
