If your router is running the old firmware, update it first.
To do so, connect your mobile to the ORBI router's wireless network.
Next, launch the Orbi app and enter your administrator password.
Tap the Sign-In button to access the main interface.
Tap the Menu icon available at the top-left corner of the screen and select Settings.
Tap the Router Settings sub-menu and select Check for Updates at the bottom of the screen.
Tap the Update Firmware button (if available) and update your router's firmware with the help of the on-screen prompts.
If the problem persists, reset your ORBI router settings to factory defaults.
To do so, identify the Reset button on your router.
In general, the Reset buttons are located at the backside of the routers.
Make sure that your ORBI router is turned on.
Now, using a paper clip, press the Reset button.
Hold it until the Power LED flashes.
Once you have reset the router to the factory defaults, reconfigure the necessary settings on the router's settings page.
