If you encounter the packet loss issue, perform the basic troubleshooting instructions given below.
Generally, the packet loss issue occurs when one or more packets in the network fail to reach the correct destination. Based on your network interface, the causes for this issue may vary.
As soon as you encounter this issue, check your internet connection status.
If it is poor or not stable, then contact your ISP to resolve this issue.
If you encounter this issue while accessing a particular site, then try to access it later.
Make sure that your router’s firmware is up-to-date.
Try to power cycle your router as mentioned below.
