Steps To Setup Linksys WRT150N Router
Unpack the router and keep it close to your modem. Take its power cord and connect it to the power supply.
Insert the other end of the power cable to the router's power slot located on the rear side. The router will turn on now.
Your router must be connected to a modem to provide the local network with an Internet connection. Plug one of the ends of an Ethernet cable into the Internet (WAN) port on the router.
Connect the other end of the cable to an available LAN port on the rear of your modem. Similarly, connect your computer to the router using another Ethernet cable.
The Linksys WRT150N router has a web page for configuration. Use any preferred web browser to log in to the web-based configuration page.
Enter Linksys WRT150N router’s IP Address in the address bar of your web browser.
Press the Enter key and a dialog box pops up asking you for your Linksys WRT150N router’s username and password. The default usernames and passwords for the Linksys WRT150N are provided on the router’s label.
