The Sprint Airave base station provides easy access to your CDMA devices such as smartphones, hotspots, tablets, and modems. To set up the Airave device, first, you need to disconnect all the devices ( cable or DSL modem and router) from its power sources. Now, get an Ethernet cable to connect the modem and the Sprint Airave. After the connection setup, switch on your modem and wait for the initialization process to complete. Once the initialization process is complete, reconnect the power supply to the Airave to turn it on. Now the Sprint Airave is set up.
Follow the guidelines given below in the same sequence as mentioned to set up your Sprint Airave 2.5 device. These steps can be followed for both Airave 2.5 and 2.5+ devices.
Before connecting your phone to the Airave device, ensure that you have an active internet connection on your modem.
