Navigate to the Internet service tab under My Account.
Now, enter the login credentials of your Xfinity account.
Select the Devices option at the bottom of the page and locate the Modem section.
Now, click on the Restart modem button.
Select the Start Troubleshooting tab to detect your router issues.
