My Arris Router Wifi Is Not Working
You may face Wi-Fi network issues if the router is not connected to your device properly. If your Arris router WiFi not working properly, consider the procedure given below to fix it.
Make sure that the modem and router are connected to the power supply.
If you find that the devices have not turned on, try connecting the power cord to another outlet and check if it works.
Restart the router and modem. Now, wait for at least 15 seconds before you turn on the devices.
Verify the Ethernet cable connecting the modem and router.
Replace the Ethernet cable if it is defective.
Connect the Ethernet cable to the modem and plug in the other end to the WAN port of your Arris router.
Check whether if there is a low signal or outage in your area.
If you are using your devices out of the range of the network, move your device closer to the router and try to access the Internet.
Connect your modem direct to your computer, if possible, and check if you could access the Internet. If you couldn’t, then check with your ISP regarding the issue.
