Step 1 - Find the MAC address

Amazon Fire TV

  • Navigate to the Settings menu.
  • Select Network -> Set Up Network -> Private Network.
  • You will see the MAC address of the Amazon Fire TV.

Roku

  • On the home screen of Roku, select the Settings option followed by the Player Info option.
  • Locate the MAC address.

Xbox

  • Go to My Games and Apps and select the Settings option followed by the Network option.
  • Choose the Advanced Settings option.

  • Navigate to the Settings menu.

Step 3 - Access the residential portal
